EPICCenter (EasyRun Professional Intelligent Contact Center) is
contact center software that connects to legacy PBXs through CTI
connectivity. The product includes a routing module (EPICRouter-
rules, skill based, statistical) with a built-in IVR for the automatic
interaction with the caller. The EPIXCenter (EasyRun Professional
Intelligent Exchange Center) is based on the CTS (Computer Telephony
Server) platform. The product includes full PBX functionality in
addition to the contact center functionalities of the EPICCenter.
